Do you have any reduced fee spots?

I offer a limited number of reduced fee therapy spots for motivated clients. There is usually a waiting list to get one of these spots, but if the cost of therapy is a barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer both online and in-person therapy appointments. As a member of PSYPACT, I offer telepsychology services in most states across the US. Please click the link below to see if your state is participating in PSYPACT.

All assessment sessions will be in person.

What if I miss a session or cancel late?

The time that you book is reserved just for you and I will have taken time to prepare for your meeting.

I have a firm cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for an appointment (unless there has been an emergency arise), I charge a full session fee (100%) for late cancelled or no show appointments.

My online scheduling system offers email and text message reminders of your appointment to help you stay on track and reschedule in plenty of time if need be.

If you are ill on the day of your appointment, or some other life event prevents you from making it to the office, online sessions are an option so we can keep on track with your work together.

Do you give a Good Faith Estimate?

Yes, in compliance with the No Surprises Act enacted on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers must notify clients of their rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, if you are uninsured, or if you elect not to use your insurance.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy or counseling will cost. Click here for more information.
