• Psychotherapy can help you gain the clarity and tools you need to be your best self. You can move past your grief, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, marital distress, work stress and life transitions. Perhaps you just need a different perspective. It is possible to feel better.

Psychotherapy

  • Once I receive your new client request, I will email you within a day to schedule a free 15-minute phone call. During the call, we can discuss any questions or clinical concerns.

  • If we decide to work together, I'll add you to my HIPAA-compliant telehealth portal for intake and consent forms. Forms are digital. You'll get email or text reminders before each appointment.

  • During the intake, I'll listen and learn about your concerns and goals. By the 1st/2nd session, I'll create a personalized treatment plan for our therapy. We'll review it and start the therapeutic work.

  • We will periodically assess our progress towards treatments goals and adjust accordingly.

  • For children: I partner with parents so skills can be reinforced at home along with brief parent check-ins at each session.

  • For adolescents: Parental involvement is less intensive but communication and check-ins (as needed) with parents remains valuable.

  • For adults: I am happy to collaborate with spouses, medical profressionals, family members as needed to support your treatment.
